

About Corinne
Corinne has been a performing arts professional and movement instructor for over 25 years and a full-time resident of Martha's Vineyard since 1992. She is a new member of the International Association for Voice Movement Therapy (IAVMT), a long-standing member of Professional Skaters Association (PSA) and a Licensed Realtor at Jane Brown Associates in Edgartown, MA.
Performing to audiences of all ages and many different cultural backgrounds as a skater, entertainer and Coco the Clown, she has founded and directed two Ice Theatre companies and skating schools; and produced many singer-songwriter events. Her experience includes teaching Figure Skating and Power Skating for thirteen years at the Universities of Montreal and McGill; and the Martha’s Vineyard Skating and Hockey Clubs for over ten years.
Since living on the Vineyard, Corinne has worked a variety of jobs including selling real estate, driving tour bus and telling the history of the Vineyard, to people from all around the world. Most recently, Corinne trained in Voice Movement Therapy and is now working as a provisional practitioner out of her home in Oak Bluffs, where she works with people who care to improve their relationship to their voice or simply learn how to sing.
Corinne was a B.F.A Contemporary Dance major at Concordia University when she
decided to move to the Vineyard; she holds a degree in Community Recreational
Leadership Training from Dawson College and a B.E.P.C. from the French Lycee,
College Marie de France, Montreal, Quebec. She has been a contributing
choreographer to the annual Built on Stilts Dance Festival in Oak Bluffs, MA.
for the last eight years and a proud recipient of the Massachusetts Local
Cultural Council grant for four years.
